Via Institute Course Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Course Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Via Institute, Ltd., a coaching training company registered in Slovakia, operating within the European Union and United Kingdom, and the participant (“Participant”) who books and pays for a course provided by the company. By booking a course with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Course Registration and Payment

2.1. Booking Process: To secure a place in a course, Participants must complete the registration process through our website or other designated channels. Registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2.2. Payment: The course fee must be paid in full at the time of registration, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Payment can be made through the provided payment methods on our website or as otherwise instructed.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. Participant Cancellation: Cancellation of a course must be made a minimum of 10 business days prior to the course to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the course are not eligible for a refund. Written notice of cancellation shall be effective on the date the withdrawal is received by the Via Institute. Refunds will be made within 5 days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests.

3.2. Company Cancellation: The Via Institute reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, Participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.

3.3. Participant Dissatisfaction: If, after attending the first module of the course, a Participant is not satisfied with the training and wishes to withdraw, they must submit a written request for a refund within 5 days of completing the first module. The refund will be processed, deducting the proportionate cost of the completed module and a 10 % administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after this period.

4. Course Changes and Cancellations

4.1. Course Changes: The Coaching Training Company reserves the right to make changes to course schedules, content, faculty, or any other aspect of the course. Participants will be notified of significant changes as soon as possible.

4.2. Course Cancellation: In the event of course cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, The Via Institute will not be responsible for any costs incurred by Participants, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses.

5. Confidentiality

All information and materials provided during the course are confidential and for the exclusive use of Participants. Participants agree not to disclose, share, or reproduce any course content without written consent from the Coaching Training Company.

6. Liability

Participants understand and accept that the Via Institute and its faculty shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of income, personal injury, or damage to property, arising from participation in the course.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, and any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovakia.
